after werk, i met up with rina to have a looksie at the carles and keith warehouse sale... with vincent tagging along (our driver cum bellboy.. haha or bag slave... :P)
so shiok to see such bargains.... belts @ $3, certain bags @ $10 and shoes lowest @ $9 understandbly a lot of the sizes left was 40-41... clearing stocks la, i guess.. but there's still some gem finds :D
managed to buy one bag... rina bought a bag and a shoes that seems sooooo matchy matchy!
after dat went to fetch rina's bf from paya lebar mrt and went to eat at the teh tarik coffee shop at the geylang outlet...
almost the same as the one in marsiling :D
anyways, after sending them off to NUH, me and dear went to near my auntie's hse at clementi to go the fish shop, hoping to buy a puffer fish...
imagine our surprise when we got to watch a kuda kepang performance near the badminton court there. frankly, juz behind where we parked our car...lol...
it was a first for dear. he never knew this kinda dance existed so he was kinda excited. but knowing this dance has a 'spirit invoking' horrorness, i was seriously petrified while enjoying the view(yes, there CAN be both!! ahha).
one time, one of the 'horse' came sooooooo darrrrnnnnnnnn near me- he was STARING AT ME - i freaked seh. i was like shivering and my heart was pumping sia. lucky vincent was grabbing me, if not, confirm i run like siao.apparently vincent says these sort of 'things' can sense fear one. and he has been noticing my 'fear' for quite some time. vincent saw him staring at me from a distance liao. but i almost lost it la when he was juz INCHES from me. staring with those scary scary eyes. aarrghhhh..... he literally went infront of me. tilt his head and looked at me from the corner of his eyes. look elsewhere then look again. looked elsewhere then looked again. damn intimidating rite???
oh well... im here, means i survived the ordeal. lol... do understand, kuda kepangs are known to chase ppl, ok, like seriously CHASE all over the place :P

werking life has been making me super tired lately... it wasnt the workload, it was the werking hours... i mean, i wake up 545am every morn and slp ard 10-11pm every nite... my friend, if u havent count, thats like over 12 hrs, seh. and every single day summore... except sundays la... now i know why ppl oways say sunday is rest day... not recreational day... sigh.... u'd be tooo tired to do anything actually. recep was fun. ad-hoc duties are fun... but recording everything done is one heck of a job. like i said, i shall strive. i will NOT gif up unless they sack me... hear that???? i.wont.gif.up!

Went to Tambuah Mas Restaurant @ Paragon to celebrate Rina's bday. it was quite a nice place... the tahu telor and chendol deserves sum mention... they were deli.....cious! (we ordered coz it was recommended anyway :P)
-satay kambing... chewy... meaty(they're NOT stingy... not fats AT ALL..or maybe we were juz damn lucky la... ahhha)... nice peanut sauce... not muz... but shud try :D -fried udang with sambal(belachan maybe) sambal darn spicy... lips burning after eating but of course spicy = nice -sayur lodeh ... it was our last resort coz rest of dishes are dry... so wanted sth with gravy.. at least not bland :D -chicken with special spice..(i know there's a name for it...:P but i cant remember, plus i think my aunty from batam cooks this better :D heeee) -tahu telor(ordered coz high recommended) muz eat while hot... crispy egg thing and tahu oso nice... sambal kicap not a lot... so we asked for more.... soo acoomodating they all hehe. anyway more sambal=more nicer ma... the sambal was sweet and spicy too.

on a solemn note... after going to a few wrong(i think so) interviews for office bound jobs, i realised that i am soooooo not ready for that kind of line. one. i am nervous. two. i always fail at interviews(low low LOW confidence). three. no experience what so ever. four. no qualifications whatsoever. sumtimes, i think i'm juz a failure in life... i always make the wrong decisions... impulsive and wrong decisions... nothing is planned.. they're like juz random actions that my mind always seem to concoct. so sad rite... disappointingly, i mite haf to resort going back to operator line and then going up from there (not like i haf any other choice). sigh.... i will get there. i know i will.
